This trip was to celebrate my graduation from nursing school - to get back into nature, out in the sunshine, and back into ME (it had been awhile!). Mission accomplished! 10 days of: hiking, kayaking, whitewater rafting, zip-lining, majestic cloud forests, tropical rain forests, erupting volcano's, natural hot springs, troupes of monkeys, toucans, parrots, stunning beaches, sweet baby sloths, endless lush flora and intriguing fauna, swimming in the warm Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean, an education of a life-time... and new friends to share the experience with. This trip far exceeded any expectation i had prior to packing my bag...
